History

The two hand hop, a handhop on both arms, was done by members of Sidewalk Breakers and Orko in 1984 . The one hand hop, a handhop on one arm, was developed by Orko in the 1990s .

Variations

Numerous handhop variations have been documented .

Elbowhop

Hop on one or both elbows.

Elbow Up

Hop from the elbow to the hand. Usually refers to the one-handed version.

Spinning Handhop

Also cyclone, solar eclipse, hopping 1990. Rotating handhop. Done by Orko in 1995.
